MESOTHELIOMA LEGAL RIGHTS

If you are currently suffering from mesothelioma, you may have claims for personal injury against the manufacturers and suppliers of asbestos, including former employers. These claims would include reimbursement for past and future medical expenses, loss of income, loss of consortium (for your spouse), pain and suffering, as well as potential punitive damages.

If you are the surviving heir of a loved one who died from mesothelioma or the executor of their estate, you may have a claim for the wrongful death of the mesothelioma victim.

Statutes of limitations govern when and where your claims for personal injury or wrongful death must be filed. Our attorneys will work in your best interest to obtain the maximum recovery possible for you and your family. The statute of limitations varies from state to state, but if you wait too long, you will be barred from taking legal action.
