Interview with Chuck Finney on Elder Financial Abuse | KALW 91.7

Interview with Chuck Finney on Elder Financial Abuse Michael Hackard.jpgLast night Michael Hackard appeared on San Francisco's public radio station, KALW 91.7. Michael was honored to be a guest on the show Your Legal Rights, hosted by Chuck Finney, a veteran San Mateo deputy district attorney and consumer advocate.

Michael discussed his new book The Wolf at the Door: Undue Influence and Elder Financial Abuse, as well as how you can protect both your elderly loved ones and beneficiary rights. Included among the topics of the night were red flags of elder financial abuse, what constitutes undue influence, contingency arrangements for abused heirs and beneficiaries. All proceeds from the book will be donated to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.

Chuck was a gracious host and attorney well-versed in multiple areas of the law; we're delighted that he enjoyed The Wolf at the Door, and we look forward to talking with him again.
