450 Videos | Informing You on Estate & Trust Litigation

Estate and Trust Litigation Videos.jpgIt's three years since we posted our first video. We're told by many people that the videos are of enormous help. We're glad.

We think that we're getting better. Our content is timely. We often address issues that we are currently litigating.

Our geographic reach is spreading. At Hackard Law we often state that we serve California's major urban areas. As a practical matter, our cases are most often filed in the Superior Courts of Alameda, Contra Costa, Los Angeles, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sacramento counties.

I've written two books since we posted our first video. We often feature chapters from the books. We also often include radio, TV and media interviews related to the books and/or the law practice.

I appreciate our listeners. I work to not take you for granted. If you would like us to address a subject that you think that we might know about, let us know. Hint - I know nothing about Admiralty, Criminal, Intellectual Property and hundreds of other areas of law.

I do know about litigation, estates & trusts, elder financial abuse and how to structure contingency fees.

I thank you all who have listened. We look forward to serving up many more videos in the months and years to come.
