Hackard Law’s Neighborhood | Mather Airport

Our law firm is located right next to Sacramento’s Mather Airport, an airfield built during World War I as a pilot training base. Mather Air Force Base continued as a pilot and navigator training facility until the early ‘90s.

My dad was trained here as a P-38 pilot during the war. The airport now serves general aviation, air taxi services, airlines, and military traffic.

Our office has been here for 11 years. It’s nice to be away from the traffic of the city and yet be easily accessible to our region’s major courthouses.
